About

TRICIA BORCHERDING

With more than 20 years of experience in design, marketing, digital communications, and project leadership, I create strategic, user-centered solutions that help organizations connect with their audiences and achieve measurable results. My work spans branding, web design and development, content strategy, digital marketing, email marketing, user experience, accessibility, and multi-channel campaign management.

Throughout my career at the University of Michigan, I have led award-winning creative initiatives, managed multi-million-dollar marketing campaigns, directed large-scale website and digital transformation projects, and collaborated with executive leaders, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to solve complex communication challenges. I have extensive experience managing projects from concept through completion, overseeing timelines, budgets, vendors, and organizational priorities while maintaining a strong focus on quality, accessibility, and user experience.

As both a designer and strategist, I believe great design should be visually compelling, purposeful, and effective. Whether developing a brand identity, creating a digital experience, leading a marketing campaign, or managing a complex project, I combine creativity, analytical thinking, and strategic planning to deliver solutions that engage audiences and drive results.

I am passionate about creating meaningful experiences, building strong collaborative relationships, and helping organizations communicate their stories through thoughtful design, marketing, and digital innovation.
