The introduction of a new student exhibition that would coincide with commencement each year offered the opportunity to develop a visual design that would be used consistently for years to come. The idea for the multi-colored logo for Commence is symbolic of the diversity of ideas, people, and creativity that exists at the school, and how over the course of each student’s educational journey, they hone their voices as artists and designers. The clear, bright design echoes the excitement each spring as students prepare to graduate and celebrate their achievements.
